Day 10:

Left: Caer d Alene, Idaho at 11am
Arrived:Wervery Staet Park, Seattle at 6pm

Distance: 375 miles

We left late enough this morning heading west with a ood chance of making it the whole way across to the west coast today. After having to decline a hitch hiker about 200 miles outside of Seattle (the lads were weary of his beard) we took the i5 right through the center of Seattle. The city isn't nearly as high rise as some other american cities. It's pretty industrial, more than any other first impression though, if Washington and Boston were hip hop cities, Seattle is deffiatly rock. Every radio station is playing SOAD or Smashing Pumpkins and all the young people more or less dress alternative. It seems less glitzy than most other cities but I like it.
